Terms and Conditions - Billex Wallet

1. Nature of the Service

Billex Wallet is a non-custodial multi-chain wallet. This means:

You are solely responsible for managing your private keys and seed phrase.
We do not have access to, nor do we store, your private keys, recovery phrases, or any passwords.
We do not hold custody of your funds, tokens, or NFTs.

Billex Wallet is not an exchange.

We do not provide exchange, brokerage, or trading services.
Any “swap” functionality within the App is powered exclusively by third-party APIs.
All swap operations occur directly between you and the third-party provider, not Billex.
We do not process, execute, or custody these transactions.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or of legal age in your jurisdiction to use Billex Wallet.
By using the App, you confirm that you are not a resident of any jurisdiction where the use of non-custodial wallets, cryptocurrency, or related services is prohibited.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree that:

You will securely back up your private keys and recovery phrases. Loss of these means loss of access to your assets, and Billex cannot restore or recover them.
You will not use the App for illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activities, including but not limited to: money laundering, terrorism financing, or sanctions evasion.
You are solely responsible for all transactions initiated using Billex Wallet. Once confirmed on the blockchain, transactions cannot be reversed.
You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

4. Third-Party Services

Billex Wallet may provide access to third-party APIs or services (e.g., token swaps, market data, NFT marketplaces).
We do not operate or control these third-party services.
We are not liable for any damages, losses, or disputes arising from their use.
You agree that you are entering into any third-party interactions at your own risk.

5. Risks

By using Billex Wallet, you acknowledge and accept the following risks:

The value of cryptocurrencies and NFTs is volatile and may lose value suddenly.
Blockchain transactions are irreversible and may be subject to high network fees.
You may lose access to your funds if you forget your password, seed phrase, or private key.
Regulatory changes may affect your ability to use the App in the future.

6. Limitation of Liability

Billex Wallet is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We make no warranties regarding uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or compatibility with your devices.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Billex Wallet, its developers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to:

Loss of funds or assets
Lost profits
Errors in third-party services
Regulatory actions affecting use of the App

7. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, and branding related to Billex Wallet are owned by us or our licensors.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the App.

8. Privacy

Billex Wallet is a privacy-first application. We do not collect, store, or sell personal user data.
However, third-party integrations may process data according to their own privacy policies.
By using the App, you consent to such third-party data practices where applicable.

9. Updates & Modifications

We may update or modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be reflected in the App or on our website.
Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law
